You may request a refund of tickets bought online no later than 24 hours prior to departure. Return tickets are seen as one ticket, and a request for refund will therefore apply for both ways. The request for refund must be sent no later than 24 hours prior to the first departure.
When a ticket is refunded, the reimbursement will automatically be transferred to the credit card you used when you purchased the original ticket. Normally this will take from five to seven bank days to be processed.
