Arrival time at the airport
The Airport Express Coach is not responsible for delays due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen events.
You should plan to arrive at the airport no later than 60 minutes prior to domestic and 90 minutes prior to international scheduled departures.
Latest check-in time may vary from airline to airline.

NB: Please note that different rules apply for non-stop services to the US.
Children travelling unaccompanied must be of school age and be able to look after themselves. When boarding the coach, the child must have a written note with the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the responsible adults. Parents or guardians are responsible for sending their children alone by coach.
Seat reservation
Groups of more than 9 persons must make reservations in advance.
Disabled passengers who need assistance (wheelchair users etc) are kindly requested to contact the bus company no later than 3 pm the day before departure. Customer service tel: 815 44 444 (Open Monday - Friday)
Luggage
Hand luggage:
This should be placed in the luggage rack, on your lap or under the seat. Passengers are permitted to take 30 kgs of luggage on board free of charge.
Baby walkers and prams
Collapsible baby walkers and prams are carried free of charge on all services, if space available. Carrycots which take up a seat pay a child's fare.
Bicycles, skis etc.
Bicycles will be carried on board if space available. A childs fare will be charged. Skis which can be stowed in the coach's luggage compartments or in ski holders are carried free of charge. Skis and poles must be strapped together.
Please make sure that all luggage has an ID-tag.
Liability and compensation
The company is not liable for any loss of or damage to luggage unless negligence of the bus company can be proved. We recommend our passengers to purchase a travel insurance. Please also see prevailing conditions of carriage dated January 27th 2004 approved by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport which also apply.
Penalties
Passengers who are unable to present valid tickets/passes must pay the double price of a single ticket for the distance being travelled. The minimum penalty is NOK 500.
Pets
Scheduled coaches do not carry animals.
Guide dogs and police dogs accompanied by a uniformed police officer are given priority and travel free of charge.
Seat belts must be worn
Passengers are required to use seatbelts where these are present in the coaches.
Cf. Subsection 23a of the Road Traffic Act and regulations relating to the use of protective equipment when driving a motor vehicle. Passengers not wearing a seatbelt will be liable to a fine on inspection.
Security equipment for children
By law, children under 135 cm must use proper security equipment (child seat). We therefore reserve the right to deny boarding of children (under 135 cm), should the security equipment provided by the bus company already be in use.
Mobile phones
Avoid unnecessary use of mobile phones out of consideration for your fellow travellers, limiting use to short conversations.
